COMMITTEE OVERVIEW
This committee seeks to research, establish and promote best practices standards across the crowdfunding industry. The areas of primary focus will include:
- Portals
- Vendors (software, financial, insurance, etc.)
- Escrow and Transfer Agents
- Investment Managers
- Consulting Firms
- Advertising Companies
These best practices will be used to help shape FINRA's SRO Rules for portals, and toward an accreditation program (either with our in addition to CAPS).
